1. Equal Suit Ranking (♠ = ♥ = ♦ = ♣)

Under official WSOP/TDA rules, all four suits (♠ · ♥ · ♦ · ♣) have identical rank. Hands with identical 5-card numerical ranks always split the pot equally regardless of suit.

2. Five-High Straight (A-2-3-4-5 Wheel) Rule

In an A-2-3-4-5 combination, the Ace counts as 1, making it a 5-high straight (the lowest straight). A 6-5-4-3-2 (6-high straight) therefore beats A-2-3-4-5.

3. Best 5 Cards & Board Chop Rule

Only the best 5 cards ever count at Showdown—the 6th and 7th cards are never compared. If the 5 community cards alone form the best hand for both players, the pot is split evenly.

PART 2 · POKER TDA & WSOP OFFICIAL TABLE RULES

10 Core Official Table Rules

Ten core operational rules enforced across all NEO Hold'em tables in accordance with Poker TDA and WSOP standards.

RULE 01WSOP & Poker TDA Deck Standard

Standard 52-Card Deck & Fair Shuffle Every Hand

Uses a standard 52-card poker deck (4 suits × 13 ranks from 2 to Ace). The entire deck is freshly shuffled at the beginning of every single hand.

RULE 02Poker TDA Official Rule 43

Minimum Opening Bet & Minimum Raise Increment

The minimum opening bet is 1 Big Blind (1 BB), and any raise must be at least equal to the previous valid bet or raise increment on that street.

RULE 03Poker TDA Official Rule 45-B

Short-Stack All-In Under-Raise Exception

An all-in wager smaller than the minimum raise increment is valid but does not count as a Full Raise, so betting is not reopened for players who have already acted.

RULE 04WSOP & Robert's Rules of Poker

2-Player Heads-Up Dealer = Small Blind Rule

In 2-player Heads-Up play, the Dealer Button (D) posts the Small Blind (SB). The Dealer (SB) acts first Pre-Flop, and the Big Blind (BB) acts first on the Flop, Turn, and River.

RULE 05Poker TDA Showdown & Muck Rule

Uncontested Pot Wins & Concealed Hole Cards (Muck)

If all opponents fold before Showdown, the last remaining player wins the pot immediately without revealing hole cards.

RULE 06WSOP & TDA Hand Rankings

10 Official Hand Rankings, Suit Equality & Kickers

The best 5-card combination out of 7 cards wins. All four suits (♠ · ♥ · ♦ · ♣) are equal in rank, and identical 5-card hands split the pot evenly.

RULE 07Robert's Rules — Side Pots & Uncalled Bets

Multi-Way Side Pots & Instant Uncalled Bet Return

Multi-way all-in wagers with different stack depths are separated into a Main Pot and Side Pots. Any uncalled excess bet is returned immediately to the bettor.

RULE 08WSOP Split Pot Precision Rule

Equal Split Pot Distribution

When two or more players tie with the exact same 5-card hand at Showdown, the pot is divided equally among the tied winners.

RULE 09NEO Hold'em Fair Play Protection

Safe Table Buy-In Escrow & Instant Cash-Out

Game money brought to a table is safely protected during play and automatically settled back to your personal wallet balance when leaving the table.
